Full Time Job
The Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing acts as a primary point person in the development and execution of integrated marketing partnerships. This position reports to the Directors, Pitch Integrated Marketing.
Responsibilities
• Lead the strategic development of marketing partnerships between MTV, VH1, Logo, Comedy Central & Spike and advertising partners
• Have an acute understanding of how to develop, use, optimize and measure marketing across all touch points – TV, digital, social, on-the-ground events
• Successfully create presentation materials that sell strategic marketing partnerships and the tactics that create them (decks, one-sheets, sizzle reels, content)
• Inspire clients with innovative ideas that bring their brand and Viacom brands together
• Manage, motivate and develop supporting team members (Coordinators) in a manner that clearly sets priorities and understands workflow
• Drive channel initiatives forward on both linear, digital platforms
• Present to & work closely with internal sales teams & external clients
• Maintain an understanding of the Millennial media marketplace and Millennial insights to uncover/build unique content and strategic opportunities
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience at an agency, broadcast / cable network or national brand
Additional Qualifications
• Deep understanding of how media platforms (TV, Digital, Social, On-The-Ground) work together to support one strategic concept
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Robust strategic thinking skills and the ability to articulate complex elements simply
• Proven ability to manage and supervise a high-performing team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Superb cross-functional and project management skills and a track record of building 360 marketing programs that deliver on brand objectives and also grow revenue
