Full Time Job
Responsible for processing billing, collections and cash application activities for Australia & SEA Region.
Australia & SEA
• Managing the collection of outstanding debts for the covered regions
• Contacting customers for the prompt collection or resolution of the aged receivables using email, telephone calls, dunning
• Keeping adequate records of call contacts with customers in SAP
• Code invoices using SAP collections module
• Performing follow-up’s on accounts with significant aging or past due amounts
• Managing & Solving customer disputes (ensuring proper communication with markets & stakeholders)
• Meeting individual cash collection targets (Aging, DSO, % of Overdue, etc..)
• Supporting customers ad-hoc requests (statement of accounts, invoice copies, backup documentation, accounts reconciliations, etc.)
• Prepare & checks expected reports on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Assess bad debt risk items based on collection performance
• Work closely with Sales & Finance teams to troubleshoot collection challenges
• Work with Credit team on risk accounts,
Australia
• Performing daily cash allocation entries for all revenue streams
• Carry out various reconciliations and cash validations
• Obtaining coding for Ancillary unapplied payments
• Investigating and resolving Clearing Account variances
• Overseeing full cycle billing process, including invoicing, accounting reconciliation, invoice validation & distribution
• Working closely with management in the evaluation and approval of Ancillary invoice requests
• Working closely with Credit to assist in the customer set-up process
• Performing month-end validations using data from multiple sources
SEA
• Serving as backup to SEA AR Analyst for all Billing and Cash Application activities
• Other ad hoc requests
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
• Strong communication skills - oral, written, interpersonal
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
