The Digital Integrated Marketing Manager - Production will oversee the day-to-day management of internal facing pitches and the technical executions for digital & social media sponsorship programs for MTV, VH1, Logo, Comedy Central, and The Paramount Network’s Movie Studio advertiser client rosters. This Manager will interface with teams including social media, editorial, external vendors, O&O site production, & Integrated Marketing team members. Professionalism and the ability to work well under pressure are required. This position reports to the VP, Integrated Marketing in Hollywood, CA office and this role is located in New York, NY.
Basic Qualifications
• Use social media & creative expertise to assist Integrated Marketing team in crafting pitch concepts that champion client needs and Viacom brand voices
• Work with internal teams to gather comprehensive details for pitches including budgets, talent access, timelines, deadlines and key creative requirements
• Maintain timely and effective communication to client facing team members in order to meet deadlines and maintain team efficiency
• Be a knowledge expert on social and editorial platform strategies, changes, etc. and communicate to larger team effects day-to-day client business needs
• Identify new areas of opportunity for client campaigns across the various social platforms
• Act as an internal movie studio category champion, educating key stakeholders on client objectives, category shifts and industry challenges
• Oversee the correct use of assets, copy points and flighting for campaigns to delivery successful client results
• Coordinate any cross-channel campaign launches to ensure smooth program delivery
• Oversee Digital Integrated Marketing Coordinator in their day to day responsibilities
• Minimal travel required.
Additional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years social media and marketing experience within the entertainment & media industries
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely savvy with popular and emerging social media platforms
• Extremely detail oriented
• Creative mentality
• Strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively relay key information
• Ability to confidently present information in large group settings
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, specifically database organization & spreadsheets
• Experience within Television (cable or broadcast) or film, or experience within media/entertainment industry, and a demonstrated passion for social media, television & movies.
