The Digital Campaign Operations Specialist will be part of a team responsible for executing digital advertising campaigns. This role will collaborate with various teams to effectively manage the delivery of campaigns across a network of well-established websites for world recognized brands. Working across multiple teams within the media business, daily responsibilities will include:
• Execute interactive advertising campaigns using Fivia’s Ad Front, Google’s DART for Publishers, and Freewheel’s MRM video ad management platforms
• Partner with sales team, site production & development, pricing, inventory & delivery, and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance based on client goals
• Ensure creative adheres to technical specifications, including thorough testing and troubleshooting all 3rd party rich media and video to run successfully and accurately on the various sites of the network
• Communicate clearly with production, site, and ad sales marketing to successfully project manage integrated sponsorships
• Provide customer service support and maintain excellent working relationships with our partners and internal groups
Basic Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in digital media and advertising
• Minimum 1 years ad trafficking experience with a major commercial (DART & Freewheel MRM a plus) or in-house ad serving system
• Familiarity with front end order management systems (Fivia’s Ad Front is a plus)

• Ability to handle a heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with strong problem solving drive

• Demonstrated excellent computer skills
• Working knowledge of HTML, Flash, Rich Media, and Video Adserving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse with site managers and developers as well as account executives and clients/agencies to address client and sales needs in an expedient and courteous manner
