Full Time Job
Provide leadership and guidance to data analytics implementation projects across Music and Entertainment products and platforms. Evaluate and manage the implementation methodologies, data quality and synergies across various third-party data sets and develop strategic recommendations on behalf of the Research and Analytics project team. Work with Technical, Product, Programming, BizDev, Marketing, Ad Sales, Digital Research and Multiplatform/Distribution Analytics project teams to gather KPIs, generate automated methods of processing the data related to their daily business. Lead and conduct A/B tests for product feature sets- including test plan setup, success metric definition, measurement plans and partnering with the analytics and testing organization for execution. Manage analytics implementations of Adobe Site Catalyst tags across digital platforms and products. Monitor implementation and QA validation of key performance indicators, functional and data quality requirements for the systems. Work with Test Automation Engineers to create automation scripts for QA validation. Mentor a talented project team of Technical Analysts, Web and Data Engineers.
Basic Qualifications
• Master Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science (or US equivalent)
• One (1) year of experience in the job or one (1) year of professional experience as a Technical Research Analyst, Software Developer, IT Analyst/Manager or closely related occupation within the entertainment/TV industry.
• Experience must include working in digital analytics, developing digital products across desktop, conducting A/B testing and utilizing advanced analytical and development tools, models and languages like Adobe Site Catalyst, HTML, CSS, NOSQL/SQL, MongoDB JavaScript, Git, JIRA, Xcode, Eclipse, Sublime, Jenkins, Stash, Bamboo, Hadoop, Optimizely, Maxymiser, ChartBeat, etc.
• Must have solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development principles, methodologies and standard coding practices.
