Viacom Media Networks is conducting a search for a Legal Coordinator to support Nickelodeon’s Business and Legal Affairs department in Burbank, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare petitions for court approval of talent agreements.
• Prepare various development and production-related agreements, notices and correspondence.
• Update and maintain department templates, tracking reports and protocols.
• Manage distribution and retention of development and production agreements.
• Support department administrative assistant in connection with various administrative functions (scheduling meetings, answering phones, etc.)
• Special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
• 4-year degree.
• 3 years of relevant legal department or law firm experience preferred.
• High proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy workload and successfully meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills.
