Full Time Job
The Short Form Production (SFP) team at Spike oversees production aspects of all Brand Marketing & Creative campaigns from a production, logistical, and financial standpoint. The SFP team produces custom short form content across all platforms; image and promo campaigns, new show launches, and pro-social initiatives. In addition, the team supports the creative vision of Spike Brand Marketing & Creative. Specific responsibilities include:
• Working closely with Production Managers/Line Producers from inception to wrap process of short form promotions
• Create and manage budgets with the use of Showbiz budgeting software
• Create call sheets, calendars, shoot schedules
• Route location agreements, guest releases, and contracts
• Coordinate all travel logistics for upcoming production shoots by corresponding with the travel department
• Generate and facilitate Blanket Vendor Agreements, Project Deal Terms, and 3rd party contracts
• Submit/Confirm Purchase Orders and invoices
• Facilitating vendor setup within the internal SWIM system
• Track cost reporting via SAP internal system and departmental cost tracker
• Request and issue managers check for on location production shoots
• Prepare and process payroll for production crew, talent, and freelancers
• Facilitate insurance binding requests for 3rd party production companies
• Assist in pre-production objectives and wrap - out
• Obtain and disburse petty cash and p-cards, as needed
• Source props/specialty equipment and submit orders for upcoming shoots
• Assist in actualizing of budgets (PO logs, crew payroll logs, PC logs, etc.)
• Update production slates with past/upcoming shoots
• Interdepartmental interfacing with Legal, Tech, Finance, Travel, Edit, Graphics, Project Management, when needed
• Prepare T&E reconciliation for p-cards and corporate cards
• Submit accruals, re-classes, and invoice coding to finance group
• Fielding inquires from vendors regarding invoices, payments, and/or vendor setup
• Support team and help train production associates, as needed
• Update team's shared drive
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years production related experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Showbiz Budgeting software
