Full Time Job
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager - Live Action, this position will manage the marketing and creative promotion for the Nick@Nite channel and for assigned existing series on the Nickelodeon network. This will include work produced for On-Air, Off Channel, Print, Digital and Social and will entail working closely across creative, programming, advertising and other groups to provide clear and concise planning and communication in order to ensure the successful execution of assignments.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Primary point of project management contact for all marketing and creative work in support of the N@N channel & for existing series on the Nickelodeon channel.
• Build, track and execute timelines from planning and briefing through production, approvals and delivery.
• Work cross departmentally with the creative, programming, marketing, digital, social, production management and other teams to coordinate communication and resource allocation for the work assigned
• Partner with the advertising project managers to collect and route any N@N work created for ad-sales clients. Ensure the understanding of any ad-sales needs & requirements while negotiating to resolve any conflicts between those needs and the channel’s creative direction.
• Responsible for reviewing creative briefs and understanding the creative and business goals of each project.
• Provides support for the managers on the live action and animation teams, assisting them on larger campaigns and launching properties as needed
• Prepare, schedule, setup and run project kick off meetings, reviews, presentations and other meetings as necessary
• Maintain weekly status report and attend and present project updates in status meetings
• Maintains and organizes materials and information on various servers, calendars and documents
Basic Qualifications
• A basic understanding production methodologies across multiple mediums and platforms (TV, digital, social, print)
• 1-3 Years of Industry experience
Additional Qualifications
• Understanding of (or a willingness to learn), the project and production management tools used throughout the company (e.g. Microsoft Office, Show Manager, Media Silo).
