The multiplatform programming team is seeking a coordinator with a keen eye on the evolving digital content landscape who will execute on programming strategies with great precision. The ideal candidate seeks a collaborative, fast-paced work environment and is dependable, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized. Passion for slime and SpongeBob encouraged! Reports to: the Director of Multiplatform Programming
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of scheduling long form programming on the following digital platforms including but not limited to: Nick.com, Nick App, subscription video on demand (Hulu, Go90, etc.), download-to-own (iTunes, Amazon, etc.), podcasts and more
• Analyze metrics and use data to help strategize new programming initiatives and experiences
• Effectively communicate and align with other network and Viacom teams to ensure timely content delivery
• Track and analyze competitive landscape to develop and improve programming strategies that drive audience growth
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to improve content management system products
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of art assets for partners
• Track and report content usage for finance and legal teams
Basic Qualifications
• B.A./B.S. Degree
• 2 years minimum experience in digital or entertainment
• Experience working in a content management system
Additional Qualifications
• Strong passion for television as it relates to the digital space
• Working knowledge of popular digital video distributors
• Extremely self-organized and deadline oriented
• Capacity to work efficiently, multi-task and independently rearrange priorities as needed
• Ability to think “kid-first” and contribute to creating a digital experience that children will love!
