SUMMARY OF JOB
Provide accounts payable and administrative support to the Nashville VMN Licensing Operations Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Track, archive and administer the execution and payment of licenses, securing signatures on license agreements, processing payment through SAP, and recording all payment-related matters in license processing report. This also involves obtaining W-9's and 8Ben's, explaining new W-9 forms to vendors, helping them complete form, and collaborating with Vendor Setup.
• Research time-sensitive payment information in SAP, attend to customer services needs for payment inquiries, and coordinate payment issues with Accounting, Production Management, Tax Compliance and Accounts Payable.
• Research copyright information (i.e. record label information, songwriter information, publishing information and film and TV distributors). Track and update programming rights reports and show tracking reports. Assist with end of year accruals, cue sheet reporting and other operational administrative duties as needed.
• Occasionally make copies, handle frequent incoming phone calls, maintain files and update databases, and assist with special projects as needed.

• Strong quantitative skills
• Strong research skills
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to proactively manage multiple projects
• Experience with SAP preferred

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the television/music/entertainment field, ideally within the capacity of accounts payable/receivable or administrative.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to interact with and maintain relationships with various departments at VMN worldwide. Must have sufficient language skills to communicate effectively with co-workers and with executives on all levels within the company and outside.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations, e.g.; budgeting, tracking reports, controlled portions of compositions/fees.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend and prioritize importance of various tasks. Ability to draw conclusions but know when to ask for guidance.
