Vertical Entertainment, a film marketing and global distribution company, is looking for a Coordinator to join their team in Santa Monica. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with marketing, acquisitions, operations, sales and general administration. Primary duties include managing incoming and outgoing film deliverables; preparing item set up and avails; interacting with film producers, labs, physical/digital retailers and 3rd party partners to ensure seamless delivery; attending screenings and general support of acquisitions in film coverage; general day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree
-1-2 years of experience in the entertainment industry (studio, agency or post-production experience preferred)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests from the team
-Self-starter mentality with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly
-Familiarity with film's physical and digital lifecycle from post-production through delivery
-Knowledge of Photoshop a plus
