Book Keeper & Clerk

This is a Part Time Job

Venture IAB, Inc. (Venture IAB), a talent and packaging agency in Universal City, is looking for a book keeper and clerk.

Must be dependable, motivated, quick-thinking, and able to multi-task. Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are critical.

Must have a minimum of (2) two years experience as a book keeper. Advanced knowledge of Quick Books Online, Invoicing, Quick Books Reports, ADP Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Commission Reports and Invoicing. Talent Payment and Entertainment experience helpful, but not mandatory.

This is a part time position that is about 16 Hours a week, and could add additional hours per week as needed. Ideal candidate would work Tuesday and Wednesday in our office.
