This person will be responsible for the collection, delivery, and classification of all digital media assets. Will work directly with project managers to organize and deliver digital music assets. Will be responsible for database maintenance and music library updates. Will regularly verify publishing and PRO information to digital media. This position will interface with staff at all levels. This entry-level opportunity is solely an administrative position.
Work Experience:
•Capable of managing a high volume of digital audio files
•Familiar with servers and data storage
•Attentive to detail for Quality Control
•Experience with Filemaker Pro or a similar database
•Musical knowledge helpful; ability to identify keys, bpm, and instrumentation
•Experience with Soundminer Pro a plus
•Mac proficiency a plus
•Highly organized and efficient
•Ability to adapt quickly
Job Requirements:
•High School Graduate
•Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business or Computer Science a plus
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a deadline based environment
•Effective problem-solving skills
•Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
•Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress, and crisis situations |
