Online Community Manager
[Responsibilities]
- Create, manage and grow web presence through Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and other strategically relevant online properties.
- Work with our partners to facilitate the creation and execution of targeted media releases.
- Ability to use Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through new initiatives
- Meet daily with the executive team to coordinate online content distribution.
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.
[Qualifications/Requirements]
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience growing, developing and managing a branded social media presence.
Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
Eligibility Requirements:
Although rare, willingness to work nights and weekends on short notice is a plus
Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
Must be willing to work in Los Angeles and Universal City, CA
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have work authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics
- Interest in gaming
- PR experience
- Proficient with all relevant social media sites and tools is a must.
- Ability to be comfortable introducing yourself to strangers (ie. representatives of other media outlets, etc.) in order to forge and maintain relationships beneficial to the show in that world.
- BA in English, Communications, Marketing or similar discipline
