This position will be the final step in VIA's QC process, and have a hand in all aspects of our production workflow from the creation of scripts through delivery. This person will work directly with the Executive Producer to ensure deadlines are being hit in a timely manner and that processes are being follow day in and day out.
Job Duties:
• Interact with client base in a professional manner and take a proactive approach to serve the clients needs and requests
• This individual will review all aspects of TV spots and to ensure accuracy before materials are seen by clients.
• Duties require an accurate and methodical approach as well as a very focused and detailed attention to audio/video content.
• Troubleshoot and correct reported issues with assets. Escalate to producers and editors as necessary.
• Work with the Audio Department to schedule and conduct VO sessions
• Upload and manage client viewing and approval files
• Review scripts prior to edit and make suggestions to prevent any potential issues.
• Evaluate the QC process and create recommendations on process improvements.
• Work with EP to review and create estimates and budgets
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills required:
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• High amount of initiative in problem solving
• Knowledge of industry video and audio a plus, but not required
• Must be self-starter and be able to work unsupervised
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
