Manage rentals for VER clients from start to finish. You will utilize discretion and independent judgment in order to create competitive quotes, transfer equipment from other branches and assist customers in analyzing their rental needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Have pricing discretion and will be able to analyze the ability to make profit on a specific rental; understanding strategic needs as they arise.
Utilize specialized technical experience in broadcast, AV, audio, display and computers in order to specify equipment and write rental orders; up selling various product lines and providing equipment options to clients.
Provide exemplary ''can do'' service for both internal and external clients.
As appropriate, participate with inside proactive sales by contacting customers in our existing and new industries, telling them about VER and encouraging them to rent from our team.
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Follow up, paperwork, and administration related to finalizing rental orders.
Billing/closing rental orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Must learn VER rental software and processes.
Must have 3+ years in AV or broadcast industry in a sales or project management position.
Must have working knowledge of all types of AV and broadcast equipment.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Participate in branch after hours/on call rotation as necessary
