Search for Rental Agent jobs in San Francisco-CA
Primary Role
Responsible for the over site, coordination, sales support and execution of rental orders for VER Customers throughout the local and national network.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist VER clients across all market segments with ALL rental needs by writing quotes, confirming orders, managing transfers, executing post show billing, and growing the business within the North East Region and beyond.
Work closely within the VER rental staff in a pre-show sales assistance and Production Coordination capacity.
Assist in preliminary job building by consulting engineers and clients on best options for desired technical outcome
Strategically manage key accounts to include all customers within the tristate area Broadcast Market Segment
Strategically partner with Outside Sales counterparts to effectively identify key accounts that have growth opportunity and/or that require additional ''hands on'' customer support.
Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales and Rentals Manager.
Qualifications
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven history of outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities
3+ years working experience in AV/broadcast equipment rental and/or event execution capacity
Strong knowledge of Broadcast and Terminal Video Equipment ie. HD Camera formats, Signal Flow, Wireless Video, RF, (Film, Audio, Grip, Lighting experience a plus!)
Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Working Conditions
Flexibility in scheduling as business needs fluctuate during peak seasons
Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotation for ''on call'' after hours emergencies as scheduled.
