As a VER Rental Agent, you will be responsible for the successful management of key accounts along with supporting our growing new customer database. This position requires strong production and event knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise closely with clients and internal technical support personnel. In addition to working with VER's proprietary software system, this position requires internal management of logistics including inter-office equipment transfers, freight tracking, equipment knowledge and servicing customer expectations. Prepares quotes with best equipment according to the client's needs. Does equipment transfers when needed.
Technical background, DEC. Experience with Cinematography Productions. Has worked in the TV rental business for many years and can work with computers.Able to work in French and English. Autonomus, works wiy minimum supervision, can deal with stress.Organized and has a high sence of priority. Very good relationship with collegues all over America.
Weekend and after hours ''on-call'' support may be required.
-Billing/closing rental orders accurately and in a timely manner.
-Must learn VER rental software and processes.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Business development acumen and high level of computer literacy.
-Bilingual is a plus+
