Currently searching for a project manager for Video Equipment Rentals (VER) responsible for management of LED display installations at customer sites.
Duties and responsibilities
-Experienced in the LED, media and entertainment industry with knowledge and background pertaining to LED installation.
-Create and own the project plan and schedule, including all internal and external components while driving deliverables to completion
- Analytical budgeting skills needed to solve problems that may arise
-Responsible for overall project change requests, making sure the impact of the changes is correctly identified, documented and approved; all aspects of the project deliverables are properly updated and appropriate changes are reflected in project reports.
-Responsible for supporting the project initiation by coordinating all necessary activities.
-The ability to read and understand architectural and mechanical drawings
-Understanding of Commercial Construction and associated processes
-Review contract documents, uncover discrepancies and resolve issues
-Focus on serving the customer and delivering quality
-3+ years in LED and/or general AV industry experience and Broadcast Equipment
-Technical or project management experience
-Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Leadership and Time Management skills required while prioritizing multiple tasks
-Professional demeanor and comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
-Utilizing strong communication and organizational skills
-Responsible, reliable, trustworthy, able to maintain and safeguard confidential information that is highly sensitive and proprietary
-Work with a team approach and have the ability to work well with others at all levels
-Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues
-High School Diploma
-Technical, Sales or Management degree is preferred
-A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
This is a full-time, position. Ability to travel sometimes on short notice. Some late nights and weekends required dependent on client needs.
Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be able to lift 50lbs.
Can live anywhere on the west coast.
