Busy warehouse seeking branch operations personnel to participate in all aspects of Operations including pulling/staging equipment , inbound/outbound scanning, creation of missing and damaged orders, floor searches, minor qc, and any operational need presented. Learning and becoming proficient with REV (VER's primary operating system), participation in the on call rotation when needed, and presenting a professional, positive attitude to all of our customers - internal and external - is required.
Resposibilities
-The tracking of all incoming gear from clients, transfers, and service, that would need to be run through our quality control process.
-Making sure the gear is on track to be checked in a timely manner and placed on our shelves for storage or sent to the outbounds area for distribution to clients or to other shop to fill orders.
-Manage the engineering department by collecting daily reports of barcode counts and sending them to OPS manager for analysis of each department.
-Reporting any issue that would arise from freight forwarders being late, clients not returning gear to our office or gear that would need to be picked up from clients at show sites, so said gear can be in correct working order for the next client as soon as needed due to unforeseen variables.
-Communicating with sales agent on gear that is set to hit our office to ensure that there is no changes to the job or confirm any changes that have arisen in the time from writing the job to the time the equipment has arrived for the job.
-Reporting all finding that will come to light to Operations so problem can be solved as soon as possible.
-The ability to help in the quality control process of gear in any department if the need arises.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, basic equipment knowledge, computer skills, customer service skills, and flexible schedule required.
