Local Digital Sales Content & Promotions Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of sponsored social media postings in local Univision Radio social platforms, Ad-supported graphic elements for the digital sales team for online and mobile platforms (including static banner Ad design and video editing), maintaining brand cohesiveness, as well as production of online and mobile content, promotions and community elements centered on music, news, entertainment and events in specific local markets. Candidate will be well versed in online narrative and be able to maximize the usage of multimedia resources for both content and client-driven initiatives.
Ideal candidate should be a creative thinker able to conceptualize fun and interactive projects, packaging content, services and online community components for different promotions and sales initiatives.
The position requires someone who can work independently with limited supervision; highly disciplined in terms of adhering to deadlines to complete tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(Creative Design, VIP Club Database & Local Digital Content Management)
• Implement Ad-sponsored paid postings in Univision radio's local social media networks, (i.e. station Facebook and Twitter pages)
• Work closely with sales management team to help create and edit advertiser video spec commercials to be used in Ad campaigns on Univision web and mobile platforms
• Layout and produce monthly Content & Entertainment e-newsletters
• Management of our listener database and VIP club
• Support Ad sales with the creation of banner assets for advertisers
• Graphic design may include, but is not limited to: online banners, social media graphics, email newsletter templates, content strategy images, web design, online promotional campaign graphics.
• Work with central creative group or promotions team to create and incorporate promotion elements in presentations to customers.
• Work as a liaison with client, legal and promotions group to execute promotions, including attending promotions events.
• Creating event and promotions recaps campaigns.
• Misc tasks (e.g., scheduling talent, assisting with travel bookings)
• Decision on logistics for day-to-day execution of promotion campaigns.
• Managing execution of sales promotions from start to finish.
• Keep records of all sales promotions
• Scheduling and managing streaming campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
• Knowledge of the US Hispanic culture and interests, as well as familiarity with local news and city guides.
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Understanding of the Hispanic Millennial sensibility as applied to social media networks and music affinity
• Must have an understanding of our local stations' music genres
• Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency.
• Degree in Graphic design preferred
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and Sharepointe Site development, print design and production
• Intermediate video production and editing skills is a plus
• Established credibility as an expert in graphic design
• Excellent project management and organizational skills - ability to manage to timelines, prioritize numerous projects, and execute and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to understand and adhere to branding guidelines through creative and out of the box designs
• Deadline-driven, detail-oriented team player.
• Minimum 3+ years web graphic design experience in a corporate setting a plus
• Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Flexible with schedules and able to work under pressure.
