JOB DESCRIPTION:
Universal Music Enterprises (UMe), a division of Universal Music Group (UMG), is presently seeking a Product Manager in the company's Santa Monica, CA location.
UMe is the centralized catalog marketing division for the Universal Music Group, the world's largest music company. UMe spearheads marketing, brand partnerships, sales, licensing, and ancillary exploitation for the music catalog, whose brands and assets include the world's greatest recording artists.

JOB DUTIES
• Product management.
• Conceive, communicate, and execute innovative consumer product and brand marketing strategies for simultaneous priority projects.
• Accountable for project and campaign marketing budgets/P&L.
• Evaluate industry trends and market research, determine appropriate market timing, identify and explore new product and business opportunities with potential for delivering significant revenue.
• Supervise development of all marketing tools, advertising, and creative.
• Collaborate with media buying group to plan and implement extensive advertising campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing partners.
• Point-person and liaison for artists, managers, partners, and UMe departments (A&R/product development, marketing/product management, sales, digital marketing, publicity, promotion, Film/TV, business affairs, international marketing).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate is a team player who possesses:
• 10 years of product and brand marketing experience
• strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• extensive experience in CRM, audience engagement and analytics
• advertising/media planning experience, particularly in TV and digital
• proven ability to build and manage marketing partnerships
