JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Corporate IT Operations Administrator will take a lead role in being responsible for accomplishing the department's administrative tasks inclusive of tracking, coordinating and/or following up with other team members for resolution.
The Administrator will be based in Woodland Hills, CA and report to a US based department manager. The administrator should be willing to work shifts slightly outside of standard hours and may be required at times to work outside of normal hours to ensure tasks are completed. This position works closely with the business users/clients and IT (both UMG and 3rd party vendors).
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and attend meetings, transcribe and publish meeting notes
• Assist in task reminders and follow up with team assignments to shepherd resolutions
• Liaising with HR and IT for the administrative tasks related to on-boarding of new resources
• Maintain department SharePoint site and asset inventory
• Assist in travel arrangements, guest passes and processing of expense reports
• Review weekly timesheets, follow up for completion of timesheets and approve timesheets
• Collate and process quarterly CD orders
• Track and follow up on requests submitted to GSD directly that is directly related to
user set up, access and administration
• Utilize and maintain the support Knowledge Base for applications user access
and administration
• Coordinate special projects especially the upcoming office moves
• Liaise with facilities to coordinate emergency drills and perform floor warden responsibilities
• Disseminate information to the group as necessary

o Ability to take ownership of tasks and coordinate with multiple resolving teams simultaneously
as needed
o Experience utilizing MS Office, SharePoint or Wiki Sites.
o Professional demeanor and ability to deal with employees on all levels
o Ability to work overtime as needed
