Coordinator, Digital Fulfillment

Universal Music Group is currently seeking a Coordinator of Digital Fulfillment for the West Hollywood, CA location.

Overview:

The Fulfillment Coordinator shall be responsible for: creating and shipping hard drives and digital updates containing music and software built utilizing MusicSource; as well as other physical shipments based on client needs, pack and ship marketing materials, assist the Associate Manager with troubleshooting new software releases and maintaining the raw stock inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the quality control of all outgoing drives whether or not they are new drives or monthly updates of new releases.
• Formatting returned drives and preparing them for redeployment to clients.
• Timely create the initial hard drive orders processed from MusicBooks for Killer Tracks and FirstCom Music.
• Timely process any returns (CDs and hard drives) from clients and note the returns on the clients’ accounts in MusicBooks.
• Create the hard drive monthly updates and ship to clients based on the picking lists.
• Assist the Associate Manager in maintaining the inventory of all the various hard drive types and sizes.
• Assist with accurate inventory counts of physical CD’s and packing materials on site.
• Pick, pack and ship any physical updates that are requested from time to time.
• Data entry.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Skills and Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred with experience working in a fast pace client focused environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, pay attention to details and work under deadlines and pressure.
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as strong people skills.
• Computer literate, with basic understanding of: audio file formats, metadata, external hard drives, USB devices, Internet, Windows and Mac based operating systems and the idiosyncrasies that occur between PC Windows based computers and Mac computers.
• Able to operate FedEx and UPS shipping equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
