JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will play a key role in the planning and forecasting process for all of IGA's financial reports. In addition, the incumbent will support the financial analysis of the Income Statement and Cash Flows related to annual plan, quarterly forecast, monthly close and review process. This position will analyze other financial data as requested by senior management.
Key Duties:
• Organizing the preparation of the annual plan, including managing the consolidation
of Income and Cash Flow statements as well as analyzing and verifying components of
the label plan submissions
• Coordinating the consolidation of label submitted monthly forecast packages in
conjunction with senior management
• Analyzing financial/operational data and maintaining analytical tools and models used
in reporting operating results
• Preparing variance explanations of actual and forecast amounts versus plan and prior
year reported to senior management and Global Finance
• Preparing special ad hoc reports as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years relevant financial experience preferred
• Experience working in at
• Hyperion Financial Management experience a plus
• Strong PC skills, especially in MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong analytical and organization skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - including the ability to interact with all levels
of the organization
Desired Characteristics
• Fortune 500 or management consulting background a plus
• Demonstrated success with systems/data management
• Very strong computer skills, primarily MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to liaise with various internal professionals
