JOB DESCRIPTION:
A. Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have some Music or Entertainment experience in administrative support and have great judgment with discretion and confidentiality. The candidate must be very efficient and highly attuned to the smallest of details. Multi-tasking and working on tight deadlines in a high pressure environment is crucial. A 'can-do' attitude is essential.
B. Job Functions:
• Executive Administrative Duties:
o Manage all administrative duties including:
• Manage phones
• Faxing, copying, filing, etc.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference calls with business partners and affiliates worldwide
• Schedule, plan and book national and international travel
• Create detailed travel itineraries
• Process T&E's
• Mailings
• Preparing and collecting documents in preparation for meetings
o Collect, process, analyze, and compare sales data using internal data base and Excel
o Maintain confidentiality with all business related and personal information
o Gatekeeper for all incoming calls
o Maintain executive's calendar
o Provide general support to Marketing team as assigned

Products
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fast paced work environment, preferably
the entertainment/music industry.
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
