Universal Music Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Woodland Hills, CA location. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general administrative support to the President. This includes assisting with the day-to-day maintenance of the Universal Music Latino office, and key contact and liaison with all Universal Music Latin Entertainment, labels and the staff in the President’s absence. This person will also coordinate all the travel for the president.
Responsibilities:
General assistant responsibilities to include:
-Manage phones
-Fax, copy, file
-Schedule and coordinate meetings
-Schedule, plan and book travel
-Process Concur Tee’s
-Build basic excel spreadsheets
-Build basic PowerPoint presentations
-Act as communications liaison between GM and UML and UMLE staff
-Vacation tracking for designated staff
-Complete and follow-up on special and ad hoc projects and tasks
Basic day-to-day:
-Coordinate any special activities with building management and/or janitorial service
-Manage and coordinate facility security
-Interface with and report needs and requests to the UMGD Manager of Office Administration
-Execution of ETAs for artists’ promo tours working closely with the label managers

-Bilingual Spanish/English, able to read and write
