JOB DESCRIPTION:
Universal Music Group is currently seeking an Account Exectuive - Latin in our Santa Monica, CA office location:
Profile:
Must be have the ability to analyze information and be data driven, preferably someone who has mobile experience and is extremely familiar with the Android platform.
• Effectively Manage Designated Digital accounts on a day to day basis
• Identify trends in the sales data and overall digital landscape for assigned Partners.
• Ensure Account key metrics are current for monthly management presentations and sales reports;
• Establish strong relationships with internal teams to gain an understanding of their strategies and objectives
• Analyze and draw insights from Partner KPIs for account management purposes and account growth opportunities
• Support senior management on sales reporting needs relating to business changes which require deep dive analysis
• Understand data sources and systems to ensure data integrity and report accuracy
• Influence internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to take action based on insights generated to seize business opportunities
• Goals to Sales Volume
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Solid experience selling / marketing in high level environments with a track record of exceeding assigned quotas
• Outstanding presentation/group presentation skills using various media including presentation software.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills with all levels of executives, management, administrative staff
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide feedback, guidance and solutions for plans involving marketing, advertising and sales promotion.
• Proven knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and concepts
• Solid analytical skills, strong business acumen and result-oriented
• Excellent detail orientation
• Superior Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) skills
• Ability to foster relationships with key accounts and develop new business
• Sales and budget forecasting experience and knowledge
• Inherent skills in good judgment, creativity, high energy and integrity.
• Entertainment business experience a must. Music business experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish written and spoken
