JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Publishing Division of CCMG in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Writer Services Administrator.
Job Purpose
This role exists to serve our writers, support our Creative Team and interact with other departments in day to day activities by providing technical, administrative and marketing support to maximize the success of our songs, songwriters and partners.
Essential Job Functions
• Provide overall support to Writers and Creative Team with reports, organizing meetings, event coordination and travel arrangements.
• Manage the CMG studio in regards to scheduling, managing supplies, gear set up and recording assistance.
• Assist Creative Team with presentations as needed – compiling music and video content, creating PowerPoint slideshows, etc.
• Compile and assemble Creative team data for various reports.
• Process invoices in regard to demo sessions, writer reimbursements, etc.
• Manage demo audio library.
• Provide marketing support to the Creative team and coordinate with Worship Together marketing team.
• Support Creative Directors with song pitching, writer events and co-writing coordination.
• Develop trusting relationships with our writers and/or artists.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iTunes
• Working knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Adobe Acrobat and FTP services
• Basic photo/video/audio editing skills (MS Publisher,Picture Manager, iMovie, GarageBand).
• Ability to quickly and easily learn specialized &/or proprietary software programs
• General knowledge of recording equipment and recording process.
• Excellent relational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and execute tasks with limited supervision
• Trustworthy and discrete with confidential information
• Able to prioritize and multi-task within a fast paced, changing environment, producing quality results and maintaining attention to detail
• Versatile team player: able to work effectively with various personalities and work styles.
Education & Experience
• College degree or 2 years equivalent related work experience.
• Prior relevant experience in Christian music and seeking a long-term career in the Christian Music Industry.
