Description
Job title: Synch Licensing Assistant
Responsible to: Director of Creative Licensing
Department: Globe
Location of work: Kensington High Street
Main Purpose of Role
Supporting the Director of Creative Licensing on a day to day basis, key duties will include:
• Co-ordinating with legal team/directors on all returned/signed sync licenses.
• Logging all invoices/licenses so they're traceable at all times.
• Clearance of UK repertoire on international TV/charity/educational projects.
• Clearance/Licensing of all UK student and charity synch requests.
• Assisting Director of Creative Licensing on all UK TV matters including, promotion of new tracks, broadcaster queries, requesting tracks and clearing TV synchs.
• Raising of all sync invoices in SAP.
• General department business administration, as required.
Person Specification
• Experience in similar role and desire to work in Synch.
• Strong administrator, with excellent and proven organisation skills.
• Hardworking, organised and self-motivated individual.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker.
• Strong IT skills including excellent PowerPoint and bespoke systems.
• Love of music and knowledge of what is happening with artists both in Universal and externally.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly digitally savvy.
