About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month contract. This challenging and dynamic role will be supporting the Senior Vice President, Human Resources – Asia Pacific for all mid/senior-level recruitment across Asia Pacific.
Key responsibilities:
• To attract, source and select via social media and other select online media channels all new employee(s).
• Ensure best employee fit to agreed business brief requirements; cultural, skills, experience and competencies.
• Develop innovative, creative and proactive sourcing strategies to ensure ready pool of active and passive candidates.
• Build and manage effective relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth hiring process and optimal service to the business.
• Build employer brand and engage talent via managing, updating and maintaining content on LinkedIn company page, umusic careers, Jobvite portal and other online assets.
About You:
• Minimum of 6 years experience in recruitment either corporate or agency recruiting senior level positions
• Able to take direction, articulate, clear, confident, detailed, friendly and professional manner
• Understands the importance of confidentiality and sensitivity within a Recruitment/HR environment
• Previous Asia Pac experience an advantage
