A. Job Summary:

This position exists to execute all tasks required to ensure CCMG's Business-to-Business website and other tools are up-to-date and reliable for use by internal and external customers; and to provide support to the Sales & Distribution team related to tracking and processing sales promotions
B. Job Functions:
• Support Sales and Customer Service Reps in their task to process credit/rebill transactions resulting from account promotions. Gather weekly transaction reports for logging and preparing credit/rebill forms to be uploaded by the Customer Service team. Troubleshoot errors and discrepancies that arise.
• Gather and prepare data for the Weekly Updates & Alerts communication that is sent to CBA Retail partners
• Perform the internal systems tasks associated with deals approved weekly by the deal committee. Administer deal code creation, prepare deal order forms, and ensure deals are available on the website within established deadlines.
• Work with the Sales Team, Product Management Team and other key stakeholders to manage the new release process for successful communication of information, deadlines and policies to labels and staff.
• Primary contact between CCMG and PlayMPE for purposes of a) distributing pre-release music to internal and external contacts, b) maintaining up-to-date MPE distribution lists and c) assisting labels as needed with questions concerning the Play MPE tool.
• Proactively gather details of promotional commitments between Sales Account Representatives and the Major Accounts and enter them into a database for reference by numerous stakeholders.
• Working with content owners and internal stakeholders, manage the creation and maintenance of website product pages for each solicitation cycle. Ensure all products are orderable on the website by established deadlines.
• In addition to the website, create and maintain other key digital tools to be used by the Sales and Distribution teams. This includes order forms, product catalogs, deal sheets, Master Release Grid and others.
• Use reports and other internal information to update features, banners, and best sellers sections of the site weekly to keep it relevant, fresh, and useful to internal and external users.
• Work with key stakeholders to determine the content of the monthly CBA Mailer and work with the outside designer to ensure the mailer is ready to print by established deadlines.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
C. Job Requirements:
• MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel
• Digital music and image creation / manipulation and knowledge of HTML code preferred
• Critical thinking and problem resolution
• Excellent proofing skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively within a fast paced environment.
• Ability to follow procedures with high degree of accuracy on a consistent basis and with limited supervision
• Bachelor's Business degree or related field preferred
