Description

We are on the hunt for a superstar Sales Manager to join the Bravado/Universal family to execute new business and sales strategy and take the Bravado Australia business to the next level. If you have five or more years experience in a product development, sales or marketing capacity within the world of fashion / retail, we’d love to hear from you!
More about the role:
• Collaborate with General Manager to execute business strategy and ensure alignment across business goals.
• Establish and execute new business strategy and identify future growth opportunities to exceed sales/profit targets.
• Create product development plans that align with the retail landscape and buying cycles.
• Collaborate on the development of product ranges, revision and pricing policy relevant to retail partners.
• Develop and implement new product categories and strategies into existing sales structure, D2C, Music Retail and other Universal Music/Bravado Global priorities.
• Work closely with external and internal designers to develop retail style guides.
• Develop trend presentations in collaboration with design team to support effective pitches to retail partners.
Your profile:
• Sales Professional with background in product development/sales and marketing within fashion retail or licensing environment.
• Background in apparel is required.
• Skilled in Account Management and New Business Development.
• Experienced with financials, P&L’s, business analysis and budgetary understanding of cost centres, rebates and co-op calculations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver innovative, creative and visionary retail strategies.
• Competent mentor, coach and people manager.
