The Sales Coordinator is an integral member of the Label Sales team and will excel working in a fast and dynamic environment at the iconic Capitol building in Hollywood, CA. Are you this person?
B. Job Functions:
Primary Responsibilities:
• Maintain/Update weekly/monthly key account priority grids
• Creative service requests (banners, ads and the like)
• Coordinate partner affiliate programs
• Lead on Digster relationship (Spotify and Apple Music)
o Build playlist strategy with Sales Execs
o Solicit requests and work closely with digital marketing team
o Manage weekly playlisting submissions
o Reporting and analysis of playlist impact
o Meet regularly and build relationships with Digster team
o Build international relationships with Digster team to advance playlisting for US repertoire
• Digital Reporting, Analysis & Account Information
o Daily and weekly reporting of key title playlisting
o Develop analysis insights with Sales and Analysis teams
o Communicate with UMG analysts weekly to update and develop current reports, including DMA and MusicMart reports
o Communicate with UMG team to create and develop ad elements and creative copy
o Manage the weekly Master Hit List Compilation for Top 4 Digital Accounts
o Generate Top 20 Track & Streaming Reporting
o Manage the Social Messaging Schedule for Top Accounts including Affiliate Link Management w/Accounts & Label Marketing
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Potential to add account management duties
C. Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent computer skills required
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize, organize and work under pressure
• Ability to handle confidential information
Experience:
• 3 years of general experience in a sales environment within the Music Industry
Education:
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
