About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Account Coordinator to join Universal Music Australia, based at our Sydney office. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Production team in scheduling and delivery of new release product through the physical and digital supply chain.
Key responsibilities:
• Timely and complete delivery of digital products ensuring accuracy of product exclusivities/restrictions, pre-orders, bundles, date specifications etc.
• Manage physical product through appropriate manufacturer(s), while considering any contractual obligations, delivery, cost and turnaround times.
• Maintain the Universal Music Australia Release Schedule for allocated international and domestic labels.
• Maintain departmental KPIs across catalogue accuracy, obsolescence, stock ordering and fulfilment.
• Assist the Inventory team on a variety of supply chain tasks and processes.
About You:
• Ability to work to tight & variable deadlines, able to work well under pressure of workload and deadlines.
• Effective problem solving skills, able to adapt to changing work environment.
• Proven customer service skills & manner in dealing both internal and external contacts.
• Strong prioritisation skills, attention detail
• Ability to understand process flow.
• System skills & aptitude.
