Job Summary:

This position is integral to the management of Bravado's internal and external relationship with bands/brands. The Product Manager is the company's quarterback for everything pertaining to the artists and brands he/she is looking after.
Job Functions:
• Own the development and evolution of the merchandising program for each artist signed to the label
• Liaise with label and artist management to develop merchandise offerings resulting in best revenue opportunities with focus on the following areas: a. Maintain artist Direct to Consumer presences including development of Direct to Consumer-only products, timing of new product launches and design and manufacture pre-order bundles with the Direct to Consumer group b. Work with label and artist management to develop to develop VIP experiences (like acoustic performances, meet and greets, etc.) c. Liaise with the touring department to create product line as needed for touring opportunities d. Liaise with the retail department to coordinate art and product line for retail
• Handling daily communication/requests to and from clients and interfacing accordingly with internal departments according to those needs.
• Responsible for asset delivery to internal creative department from artists and management.
• Putting together monthly/quarterly designed update reports for clients, upon request
• Support all other departments to ensure their needs are met, be it marketing or creative, including keeping departments aware of any and all artist/brand activity
• Responsible for representing the company in meetings, at shows and on calls with management and bands/brands
• Overseeing special projects for the department as necessary, including pop up shops, special events, etc.
• Partake in weekly meetings with the department covering all active projects
• Assist in putting together presentations, big and small for clients
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Microsoft office suite, including word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook
• Great communication skills, written and oral, interpersonal and group settings
• Highly organized
• Creative and able to think out of the box
• Analytical and understands business revenue models Experience:
• At least 3 years in marketing/merchandise areas of entertainment business, preferably music
• 2 years in managing specialty customers and a team of people Education:
• At least BA or 4 years of college
