Description
Job title: Partner Manager – Commercial Division (Physical Partners)
Responsible to: Head of Sales
Department: Sales, Commercial Division
Location of work: Kensington High Street
Main Purpose of Role
• Working closely with the Head of Sales to ensure that the annual budget for the Business Partner and overall P&L is delivered with specific plans to drive incremental growth.
• Creates and delivers along the partner business plan with clear KPI's & key milestones.
• Manage sales, stock, pricing, margins, returns & marketing utilising a collaborative forecasting model.
• Assist with the management & development of relationships at all levels within the customer trading team.
• Become an expert in account operational process. Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate all relevant release information to business partner in a timely & professional manner.
• Deliver strong product presentations via regular meetings with account.
• Deliver accurate weekly forecasts to the HOS / Commercial Director.
• Produce a monthly account update for the Commercial Director to include financials & KPI's and best in class consignment management.
• Ensure that all internal administration across the unit regarding the selling process is managed with 100% accuracy.
• Establish effective lines of communication with the label HOS for the exchange of product & retail specific information.
