Job Summary
We are currently looking for a PA & Marketing Assistant, to support the SVP Marketing and Director - Film & Label Marketing; as well as work across all aspects of the marketing process.
main purpose of role
This role will primarily be supporting the SVP Marketing & Director - Film and Label Marketing as well as working across all aspects of the marketing process.
person specification
Essential
• Previous music company experience (preferably in Marketing).
• Full understanding of streaming, awareness of data systems.
• Be competent to look at chart systems for data reporting.
• IT Literate – must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and windows based packages.
• A good understanding of the marketing process.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to deal with people on all levels.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Efficient, with excellent time management skills.
• The ability and willingness to learn quickly on the job.
• Passionate about Film and Music.
• Hard working and enthusiastic.
• Ability to use own initiative in terms of problem solving.
• Team player.
