A. Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development of digital marketing promotions and is responsible for facilitating the implementation of market strategies and the coordination of digital marketing activities.
B. Job Functions:
• Manage allocated digital marketing budgets
• Create, direct & execute digital marketing plans
• Design, create & distribute commercial & promotional audio/video content for each artist/project
• Develop, pitch and measure digital marketing campaigns for Motown Gospel artists.
• Manage relations with our streaming/catalog & product development team insuring proper visibility and growth with streaming accounts
• Create and promote playlists on streaming platforms
• Manage digital media partnerships to leverage positioning and exposure for artist and distributed labels
• Design & create custom e-mail blasts (writing copy), social media content and banner ads to include radio specific & advance music blasts
• Aid in the proper delivery of media for monetization to the Digital Supply Chain
• Arrange artist travel for promotional events
• Manage D2C campaigns for appropriate artists projects
• Communicate all artists' international activity with our international distribution team
• Administer social networks and web sites for Motown Gospel and artists
• Administer all sales for distribution; i.e. snapshot's, UMG sales pages & international sales forms
• Write Press Releases/media alerts as needed
• Assist with preparation of multi-media presentations for sales conferences and other special meetings

C. Job Requirements:
• Strong administrative, organization and creative skills
• Experience in writing and executing social media conscious initiatives & digital marketing plans
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Internet / Website management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, ADOBE Creative Suite, Pro-Tools, Final Cut, audio/video recording and editing
• MAC and PC based software
• BA or equivalent work experience (2 years preferred)
