More about the role:
• Regional responsibility for creative and content strategy across platforms and formats, with the objective of growing traffic, consumer engagement, retention and the monetization of content.
• Engage markets to drive content strategy transformation across the region, educating and implementing infrastructure, workflows, best practice and tools.
• Lead the creative and editorial direction of daily content across various platforms, including socials, web assets and key brands.
• Partnering with Marketing team to identify opportunities to create and monetize bespoke content, such as live streaming artist performances.
• Collaborate with New Business team to ensure content alignment and sharing of ideas and opportunities.
About you:
• Prior experience in content ideation, production, post-production and the programming of content.
• Proven success in monetizing creative content strategies.
• Superb relationship building and engagement with people from all different backgrounds, roles and levels of digital experience.
• Experience in a multi-client or multi-territory environment.
• Lives and breathes all things creative, content and digital, keeps up with and implements new tools and trends.
• Advanced communication skills, English mandatory and Mandarin a bonus.
