JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee and manage creation and execution of consumer engagement campaigns, products, D2C stores and marketing campaigns. The Manager will be the first line of command for the Director, Consumer Engagement in all D2C projects assigned, including involvement in initial artist strategy, product development, marketing and eCommerce, and help with collaboration with label departments (product managers, digital marketing and artist management, etc.) during the release set-up. He/she will be responsible for overseeing and managing details associated with all D2C stores.
Job Functions
• Work with Director to execute strategy and campaigns
• Liaise, oversee and execute development of D2C stores including product procurement, working with vendors and internal resources (label, UMG)
• Execute, oversee, and manage D2C marketing plans
• Act as point for operational process strategies and improvements
• Coordinate communications with Director and labels to ensure priorities are managed for D2C campaigns
• Manage and oversee quality control on all store set up on the digital and physical supply chain working closely with label technical team to set up and launch stores.
• Obtain and track approvals from all internal and external parties on design, pricing, manufacturing deliverables and collaboration with D2C ops team on set up.
• Help evaluate and prioritize process improvements and make recommendations for operational changes
• Audits the business process after implementation to ensure that things are running smoothly
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements
• 2 years professional experience in working with consumer engagement platforms, or eCommerce or related fields
• Working experience with eCommerce, CRM, Social Media/Commerce and product management
• Pro-active self-starter able to set and accomplish department goals
• Excellent project management skills and experience
• Solid understanding of music/entertainment industry
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
