Job Summary
An exciting new role has become available in the Polydor label. The LPI Administrator will be responsible for operationalizing the LPI process as designed for Polydor. This will require liaison between label users, central internal teams and the external creative community to encourage adoption of the LPI process to manage the creative delivery process.
You will be the champion the LPI platforms (Rights Hub & Studio Hub) to effectively communicate and embed the new creative and delivery business processes.
Working with A&R to ensure they are using Studio Hub you will manage the delivery process and that Studio Hub is therefore an accurate reflection of the status of all projects at a given time.
Using tools in the system such as the project dashboard progress, tasks, email notifications and regular meetings with the label departments you will ensure the LPI process, as designed, is being followed.
You will also assist various departments and external partners on the day to day use of Studio Hub including training and educating them on the high level objectives of the LPI initiative
As a candidate we are looking for someone who has In-depth knowledge of the music industry with a focus on the delivery and creative processes. You will also have experience with working with the producer/external creative community and be able to communicate efficiently with label employees and external parties to explain the business benefits of the LPI program/StudioHub toolset.
main purpose of role

Specific responsibilities include:
• Champion the LPI platforms (Rights Hub & Studio Hub) to effectively communicate and embed the new creative and delivery business processes
• Working with A&R to ensure they are using Studio Hub to manage the delivery process and that Studio Hub is therefore an accurate reflection of the status of all projects at a given time
• Using tools in the system such as the project dashboard progress, tasks, email notifications and regular meetings with the label departments to ensure the LPI process, as designed, is being followed.
• Assisting various departments and external partners on the day to day use of Studio Hub including training and educating them on the high level objectives of the LPI initiative
• Reporting on the adoption of toolset and business processes
• Setting up projects and managing the project teams within Studio Hub
• Linking projects to governing artist deals and recording commitment and/or label deal and confirm with Label BA where necessary

• Must be process orientated and have good attention to detail
• Must be able to integrate with various areas of the business easily while continually re-enforcing business process change
• Have Lateral thinking and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of the “creative delivery” process is desirable, someone aware of the A&R process, producer management etc.
• Knowledge of the importance of label copy and the impact
• Good Attention to detail for the label copy side,
• Excellent Communications Skills
Proactive – as they need to be putting weekly meetings in to see how they can support A&RA/A&R with the use of studio hub
• Flexible – as SH is being delivered via the agile method it’s not a finished system, i.e there are imperfections so they need to be able to figure out and sell in workarounds until we can prioritise and deliver system changes
• Thick skin/tenacity/patience – being a “change” person, ability to be able to handle people that might not want to use the system and not be deterred
• Someone willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved to get things done
