Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Junior Manager for our Sales and Marketing department. The candidate will be in charge of managing consolidation and analysis of market trends, data insights and sales information about our music and catalogue across Latin America in order to identify key challenges and opportunities; as well as recommend business initiatives. The candidate will also work with the different stakeholders to optimize company's performance. The position will report directly to the SVP of Business Development & Digital and will be based in Miami Beach, FL.
Job Functions:
• Analyze trends across digital music platforms, brands partners, and consumer data.
• Produce recommendations and action plans to optimize sales and marketing and address key challenges.
• Identify and have an extensive knowledge of all data and insight tools available across the company and manage relationship with central data teams.
• Prepare brand partnership sales presentations for commercial deals leveraging all data and insights available about artists, products, brands and industries.
• Share regular analysis, insights, conclusions and recommendations with the relevant teams and countries.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis, reports and presentations as needed by Senior Management.
• Consolidate sales pipeline and reporting across the region concluding and proposing business initiatives.
• Share and recommend best practices across the region.
• Supervise the proper delivery and ingestion of data from local and regional partners into the global UMG systems.
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Strong Analytical and project management skills.
• Strong computer skills to process and monitor data.
• Candidate must show high interest in new technologies and show a good understanding of the current digital music ecosystem, technologies and best practices.
• Candidate must be a music enthusiast.
• Candidate must have a pro-active ''customer service'' attitude for internal and external customers.
• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
Experience:
• Communicates effectively with teammates to gain consensus on proper timelines, project scope, and ensure desired outcomes are met.
• High level of commitment, organizational talent and the ability to work with international teams.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience
