Description
Job title: International Digital Services Manager (Maternity Cover)
Responsible to: President, UPPM
Department: Universal Music Publishing Production (UPPM)
Location of work: Fulham Broadway
Main purpose of role
We are looking for an International Digital Services Manager to manage the global digital services & development for the UPPM group.
This is a fantastic opportunity and during the 12 month maternity cover the main focus will be around 3 core areas -
New Website Rollout: During the cover period this appointment will step into the role of business owner and will be ultimately responsible for all the moving parts to be continuously in place to complete the digital rollout within 2016 of the new UPPM websites. With a strong team in place you will need to be a confident leader and have experience in project management and ideally product rollout.
Brand Development: Working closely with the President, Head of Marketing and Head of UK you will bring with experience of working within a strong Brand and an interest in brand positioning and brand development. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to make sure the platforms and digital offerings within the company align with the brand focus and key messages.
Role continuity: With a clear roadmap in place and an aggressive project plan in progress you will be adaptable and committed in continuing to keep progression on track and will nurture the relationships in place with all key partners involved.
You will also be involved with many other areas including - UPPM Strategy, Product Development, Digital Focus Group, Project Management, Web Development, Digital Marketing, UAT & Deployment, Roll out & Training, Provide Analysis & Reporting for the group and Product/Content.
Person Specification
• Website development skills
• Project Management skills: Including strong people management skills necessary to motivate people who do not report to this position
• Communication: Key to keep everyone on the same page and aware of project status.
• Advanced communication skills – both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of digital distribution of music and data files
• Thorough knowledge of the Production Music business, specifically within the marketing and distribution areas
• Experience of copyright and title registration processes
• Ability to multi-task
Desirable:
• Working knowledge of UPPM catalogues
• Knowledge of the UPPM Website and Hard Drives
• Social Media, SEO & Analysis experience
