Full Time Unpaid Internship
main purpose of role
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Writing treatments relating to programme ideas.
• Creating bespoke Power Point treatments and decks.
• Taking part in brainstorming and bringing ideas forward.
• Providing general team support including, dealing with suppliers/production staff, ordering couriers, providing researching for potential projects, booking equipment etc.
• Integrating Globe content onto social media, website, You Tube channel etc.
• Liaising with Channels, Labels and Artist Managers.
• Dealing with online accounting system/Uniport for invoices.
• Managing production budgets.
• Logging footage across multiple hard drives, maintaining a working archive.
• Provide a supporting role to in-house directors/producers during shoots (runner/production assistant tasks).
• Other ad hoc duties as requested by General Manager.

Essential:
• Desire to work in content/TV production.
• Passion for music.
• Hardworking, organised and self-motivated individual.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker.
• Strong IT skills including excellent PowerPoint and bespoke systems.
• Digitally aware, ability to integrate content onto social media, website, YouTube channel etc.
• Enthusiasm and knowledge of television & content, the main channels & platforms and what programs and series on liner and digital platforms are perceived to be successful.
• Equipped with basic knowledge of music industry and contemporary record label business model.
• Awareness of current affairs, upcoming/established artists within the UK and abroad.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Apt at making and maintaining strong working relationships with individuals within different teams, both internally and externally.
• Understanding of social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritise responsibilities.
Desirable:
• Some previous experience of working in content.
• Experience of managing small budgets.
• Knowledge of production systems and processes: recording, editing, transmission.
• Basic ability to film.
• Experience of working with an online financial exchange system.
