We are currently seeking a Finance Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing an area of Finance within the UMG Corporate IT Department and who will be responsible for technical and functional aspects of finance business processes design & support. The Finance Manager will work in a collaborative role financially supporting UMG IT's Infrastructure, Operations, & Application Development management
organization with a primary focus on strategic initiatives (projects).

Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Proven financial modeling/analytical skills
• High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented
• Executive presence and presentation skills coupled with communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
Experience:
• 5-9 years of progressive experience in a financial planning and analysis role.
• 2 years management
• Ideal candidate will have worked with and/or supported an IT, tech, project-based, and/or operations team with an emphasis on efficiencies (finance & operational), cost controlling, IT/Tech project management & analytics, and using financial and operational information to facilitate key management decisions.
• System/Tool familiarity: ERP: SAP FICO/BW, HFM, HFM Planning, & MS Office Suite
• Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support.
Education:
• BA in Finance with MBA preferred and CPA a plus.
