Job Summary:
The Finance Manager is responsible for the ''day-to-day'' administration of all Revenue streams including Physical, Digital, Domestic and Foreign License and New Business Development (NBD). The Manager works closely with New Business Development, Sales Team, Operations, Business & Legal Affairs and Finance teams. The manager also provides support with the costs associated with these revenues and review of artist/producer royalty statements and other relevant information. The Manager prepares financial analyses, New Business and cash flow analysis and ad hoc projects. This manager supervises one employee that assists with the analytics of revenue streams.
Job Functions:
- Finance Planning
o Budgets & Forecast – All Revenue streams
o Variances analysis for P&L and Cash flow
o Returns & Obsolescence Analysis
o NBD Reporting (Internal and Corporate)
o BPC file update (All Revenue Streams & Cash Flow related)
o BPC to HFM file upload
o Monthly financial reporting books
o 3P Report
- New Business Development
o P&L creation/updates and assist with BDPS Forms
o Project set up and budget input to Uniport
o Provide Financial Guidance for NRO Opportunities
o Income and Payment review/follow up
o Accruals
o Employee incentive program update (quarterly)
o Executive report monthly update
o Invoice management
- Domestic & Foreign License
o Quarterly Foreign License accruals
o Foreign Top Sellers Report
o Sound Exchange Analytics
o Domestic License Analytics
- Physical & Digital Sales
o Supervise employee that overlooks these areas
- Internal Controls
o SOX Lite
o Internal Audit Preparation
- Ad hoc Reports
o Litigation Assistance
o Executive Presentation
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
