A. Job Summary:

The Sales & Service Representative is responsible for maximizing sales by meeting or exceeding performance targets and sales objectives, and providing high quality customer service to an assigned territory of independent CBA retail accounts by direct and frequent customer contact and relationship management.
B. Job Functions:
• Relentlessly execute sales and marketing campaigns that meet or exceed sales forecast by maximizing placement and sell-through of key releases and best-selling catalog.
• Maintain a daily call schedule that persistently reaches out to a territory of assigned accounts, and provide key support to the field sales representative while taking every opportunity to meet and beat sales goals.
• Assist accounts in the helpful tool of website-based services provided on CapitolChristianDistribution.com.
• Manage day-to-day sales, customer service related issues by telephone and email.
• Identify and influence the adoption of website function with B2B team to help make it a best-in-class service option for our customers.
• Process and enter incoming orders and return authorization requests.
• Develop and maintain a current understanding of market conditions and trends, CCD products, programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate team-player, can-do and solution-oriented attitudes on an integrated services team.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
C. Job Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Web-based technology literate
• Multi-tasker: able to deal with interruptions and juggle competing priorities
• Sales and Service experience preferably in B2B context
• Four years or more work experience (substitutable in part by associate or bachelor degree)
• Bachelor's degree desirable or equivalent experience
