Description

The Director Strategy & Consumer Engagement will drive the continual transformation of our business. You are a digital advocate who will strategically enable our marketing teams to increase engagement and grow revenue across the region. You will relish the chance to think creatively and challenge the status quo!
The role:
• Engage and enable Marketing teams across the region to drive continual digital transformation and advancement, and ensure growth of digital marketing capabilities.
• Full responsibility for the region’s paid, owned and earned media strategy.
• Accountable for increasing consumption, driving revenue, growing market share and breaking artists through growing our performance across streaming platforms.
• Work closely with Business Intelligence team to identify opportunities that will impact revenue.
• Optimise and streamline media buying and digital marketing processes across the region to ensure cost efficiencies.
• Develop strategy to capture and effectively utilise consumer data in marketing decision making. Educate teams on the importance of data and how to apply insights to daily activities.
• Evaluate the region’s current digital landscape and drive improvements across social, eCRM, web and mobile properties.
Your background:
• Strong Digital Marketing background with experience/knowledge across campaign ideation, project management, media buying, website, direct and performance marketing.
• Able to articulate and execute strategic vision.
• Superb relationship building and engagement with people from all different backgrounds, roles and levels of digital experience. Able to excite and influence others.
• Experience in a regional role is preferred. Must be able to keep up with fast pace and juggle a high volume of priorities.
• Lives and breathes all things creative, content and digital, identifies and implements new tools and trends.
• Strong data and analysis interest and experience.
• Advanced communication skills, English mandatory and Mandarin a bonus.
