Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Director of Product and Campaign Operations who will develop and execute artist and label marketing campaigns across existing tools and platforms for direct-to-consumer marketing. This includes working with UMG labels to identify and scope needs while managing campaigns end-to-end.
Job Functions:
• Manage third party platform for creating customers download experiences for fans
o Manage vendor and platform capabilities
o Work with labels to identify needs around campaign types
o Research existing and new technologies to implement solutions
o Oversee day-to-day operations of customized download campaigns, from client management until campaign launch
• Manage operations of CRM campaign builds focused on consumer acquisition for initiatives such as sweepstakes pages, sign up forms, and other user experiences.
o Includes managing client needs and identifying optimal solutions leveraging tool set that provides best consumer experience
• Manage corporate brand relationships, including project ideation as well as ongoing customer support
• Proactively work with UMG labels to discuss needs and capabilities to support artist marketing initiatives
• Work with other divisions within UMG to assess technical integrations and manage cross-platform promotions
• Create and analyse reporting on existing campaigns and utilization of tool sets
• Maintain department P&L pertaining to campaigns, including billing clients, paying vendors, etc.
• Manage a team focused on campaign execution around customized downloads and consumer acquisition experiences
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Strong ability to successfully define and drive project management and execution with minimal guidance
• Creative thinker with ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Good working knowledge of systems and enterprise applications, such as CRM software
• Tech savvy and able to adopt new platforms
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and highly motivated self-started with ability to interact with a variety of individuals
• Analytical thinker
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, writing, and able to work well cross-functionally
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, advertising platforms Experience:
• 5 years of experience that includes project management and entertainment experience
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment Education:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
